EventGo is an event planning workspace that provides tools for creating themes, timelines, notes, and planning boards. AI features are provided for ideation and research purposes only.

3. User accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use authenticated features. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share access credentials or use the service for unlawful purposes.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you create in EventGo (themes, notes, planning boards). By using the service, you grant EventGo a limited licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

5. AI-generated content

AI responses are generated by Google Gemini and are provided for informational and creative purposes only. EventGo makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose. Do not rely solely on AI suggestions for professional event planning decisions.

6. Prohibited use

Using the service for illegal activities
Attempting to circumvent security measures
Uploading content that violates intellectual property rights
Submitting personal data of third parties without their consent

7. Availability

EventGo is provided as-is. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

EventGo and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
